The client and the brief

The association brings together businesses, investors, professionals and organisations across the United States and Laos.
The website is the organisation's public front door: presenting its mission, the Connect, Promote, Support and Grow pillars, upcoming events, latest news and insights, sponsors and members, and clear paths to join the association or subscribe for updates.

Visit live websiteThe story in three parts
The association needed its website to make a stronger first impression and to present its mission, activities and community in a clearer, more professional way for businesses, investors and partners across the United States and Laos.
Webamazee redesigned the website around a modern visual system and a clearer information hierarchy, organising the mission, pillar content, events, news, sponsors, members and membership calls to action into an experience that is easier to navigate on any device.
The redesigned website gives AMLAOBA a clearer, more professional digital presence that communicates its mission, showcases its activities and community, and makes opportunities easier to discover across the US–Laos business community.
What was happening before the project
As the association's activities grew — events, news and insights, sponsors, members and membership services — the website needed a clearer structure so visitors could quickly understand what the organisation does and where to find what matters to them.
A stronger, more modern presentation was needed to represent the association to businesses, investors and partners, and to make key actions such as joining the association or subscribing for updates obvious.
